Light sources in L-band based on a Bi/Er/La co-doped silica optical fiber

We fabricated a Bi/Er/La co-doped silica optical fiber and thus designed an amplified spontaneous emission light source with −14.58 dBm in the range of 1557–1607 nm and a different-wavelength lasers in L-band.
