Diagnositic Value of colorectal cancer with 18F-FDG Imaging and CEA

Objective To explore the value in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer with 18F-FDG imaging and CEA.Methods 18F-FDG molecularcoincidencedetection(MCD) SPEC Timaging fuseimaging and examine CEA.Results CEA positive group 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging sensitivity of 93.3%(28/30),the positive predictive value of 96.6%(28/29),the specificity of 85.7%(6/7),the negative predictive value of 75%(6/8),the accuracy of 91.9%(34/37).In CEA negative group18F-FDG PET/CT imaging sensitivity of 84.6%(11/13),the positive predictive value of 57.9%(11/19),a specificity of 20%(2/10),and negative predictive value of 50%(2/4),the accuracy of 97.3%(13/23).Conclusion 18F-FDG imaging and CEA can discover the recurrent of colorectal cancer.
