Multi-position progressive die for contact spring

A progressive die for stamping a contact spring was developed according to its structure characteristics.The part layout,the design of die structure and key components were described in detail.The feeding precision was guaranteed through initial positioning by side edge,accurate positioning by pilot pin and two types of floating material device.The insert structure can simplify the replacement of forming parts.
