Ak Kata Kunci :MicMac, model pembelajaran ekonomi, simulasi dan permainan, caring economic Selama ini, pemaknaan konsep ekonomi khususnya mengenai prinsip ekonomi adalah bagaimana manusia mendapatkan keuntungan maksimal dengan pengorbanan minimal. Peserta didik hanya diajarkan mengenai cara meningkatkan produktivitas yang diukur berdasarkan angka dan materi semata. Hal ini membuat peserta didik semakin tidak mengenal sikap peduli, empati dan toleransi dalam berekonomi.Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pendidikan selayaknya tidak hanya berfokus pada nilai kognitif dan ukuran materiil semata. Model pembelajaran MicMac dikembangkan sebagai salah satu upaya menanamkan kepedulian dalam kegiatan berekonomi. Model ini menggunakan simulasi dan permainan sebagai basis utamanya. Model MicMacmerupakan peniruan terhadap kondisi nyata pasar, dimana akan ada penjual, pembeli, dan transaksi perdagangan. Bonus diberikan kepada penjual dan pembeli yang mampu mencapai target yang ditetapkan dalam permainan. Bonus juga diberikan kepada pemain yang memberikan bantuan/pertolongan kepada pemain lain di akhir simulasi. Model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dirancang dengan mengunakan acuan pada desain pembelajaran model Borg & Gall. Produk dalam penelitian pengembangan ini berupa (1) panduan model pembelajaran ekonomi MicMac, (2) perangkat pembelajaran dan (3) handout materi konsep dasar ilmu ekonomi.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui respon dan minat peserta didik. Sedangkan pengukuran dampak pembelajaran dengan model MicMac dilakukan melalui penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) di kelas X IPS 3 SMA Negeri Pasirian Lumajang yang terdiri dari 30 peserta didik Berdasarkan uji coba yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa MicMac dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dari 21 % pra tindakan menjadi 83 % peserta didik yang tuntas belajar pasca tindakan. Peserta didik mengungkapkan bahwa MicMac adalah model pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan menarik, membantu dalam memahami materi pembelajaran, mengajarkan sikap peduli dan etika moral dalam berekonomi. Ak Keywords: MicMac, economic learning model, simulation and game, caring economic Economic concept, especially in relation to economic principles, is so far defined as how people can obtain maximum gains with the minimum sacrifice. The student is taught only on how to improve productivity, of which the measurement is merely based on numbers and physical things. This makes them unable to identify caring, empathy, and tolerance during economic activities. Meanwhile, the human resource development through education should not be focused merely on cognitive scores and materialistic measurements. The development of MicMac learning model is to instill the caring attitude during economic activities. The main basis of this learning model is simulation and game. In short, MicMac model is the imitation of market real condition, in which seller, buyer, and trading transaction exist. A bonus is rewarded to the seller and buyer, which can reach the target(s) set in the game. In addition, a bonus is rewarded to the player assisting the other players by the end of simulation as well. The development of this learning model is designed by referring to the learning design from Borg & Gall’s model. The products of this developmental research are (1) the guideline of MicMac economic learning model, (2) learning instruments, and (3) handout of economic basis concepts. The purpose of this research is to find out the students’ responses and interests. Meanwhile, the measurement of learning impact using MicMac model was administered using action classroom research (PTK) to thirty (30) students of Class X Social Science Major (IPS) 3 of SMA Negeri Pasirian Lumajang. From the research undertaken, it was found out that MicMac can improve the quantity of the students’ qualified scores from 21 % during pre-action to 83 % during post-action. The students stated that MicMac was an exciting and interesting learning model, which also helped them comprehend learning materials, and educated caring and moral ethics’ attitude during economic activities.
