In 1985 new regulations on water quality used for concreting according to jus u.m1.058 standard were enforced. However, these regulations do not take into consideration water as a ingredient in concreting from all aspects except water quality for concreting. The paper gives a suggestion to supplement these regulations for two new standards. These standards would refer on the one hand to the quality of water which is used for concrete curing, and on the other hand to water which is used for washing the aggregates. (TRRL)
