Study of the Effect of Hupo Powder on IL-2 and IL-10 of Rats with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome of Endometriosis

Objective:To study the effect of Hupo Powder on IL-2 and IL-10 of rats with Qi stagnantion and blood stasis syndrome of endometriosis and discuss the mechanism.Methods:40 SD rats were divided into the blank group,Qi stagnantion and blood stasis syndrome of endometriosis group(model group),Hupo Powder group,danazol group.Results:Compared with blank group,Hupo Powder treatment group can increase the ratio of IL-2/IL-10,with significant difference(P0.01).Compared with model group,Hupo Powder group can significantly increase the ratio of IL-2/IL-10,with significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion:Hupo Powder can reach the treatment function through changing the Th1/Th2 immune imbalances of Qi stagnantion and blood stasis syndrome of endometriosis in rats.
