Creation and Detection of Nuclear Spin Coherence using Novel Electron Spin Echo Pulse Sequences
1990
A new class of pulse sequences for Electron Spin Echo Envelope Modulation (ESEEM) experiments is presented. The sequences axe designed to create nuclear spin coherence which evolves during time T and is then detected as an electron spin echo created by a second set of pulses. A recently reported 5—pulse sequence [1] as well as several new schemes using selective and nonselective pulses are discussed. The intent is to develop a systematic approach by which tailored pulse sequences can be chosen for optimal ESEEM investigations.
