Неинвазивные подходы к диагностике и лечению отсроченных неонатальных желтух

2005
Specific features of current courses of late-onset transient jaundice and possibilities of using noninvasive methods for their diagnosing have been studied. Also, the efficacy of Bio-Fennel Tea (HiPP, Austria) in infants with conjugated jaundice have been estimated. The observation involved 104 infants aged from 10-14 days to 2.5-3 months of life. Along with estimation of the clinical state, in a differential diagnosis of hyperbilirubinemia the standard diagnostic algorithm was used, dynamic transcutaneous bilirubin monitoring by «Bilitest» was performed in all infants. In infants who received the Bio-Fennel tea its good tolerance was reported, the rate of bilirubin decrease by 2 months were reliably higher in comparison with the control group where this tea was not administered.
