The simulated artificial spine comprises a top intercalated disc base fixedly connected with an upper vertebral body, a bottom intercalated disc base and a plurality of interval adjusting plates, wherein the top intercalated disc base comprises a hemisphere shell, and a sealing ring is embedded to the inner wall of a hemisphere containing cavity in the hemisphere shell; a hemisphere core of the bottom intercalated disc base is movably arranged in the hemisphere shell, the sealing ring abuts against on the periphery of the hemisphere core, and a plurality of lubricating bodies are arranged on the periphery of the hemisphere core; the multiple interval adjusting plates are located between the bottom intercalated disc base and a bottom connecting base, and a plurality of middle vertebral body bases can be connected between the top intercalated disc base and the bottom intercalated disc base. The structure is adopted, the simulated artificial spine is durable and good in reliability, vertebral body with any length can be replaced, and the simulated artificial spine has the physiological curvature of the human spine column.
