This paper is a study that analyzes the internal temperature distribution of a concrete curing mold using an induction heating system. In general, when concrete is poured, the greater the difference between the inside temperature of the concrete, which is increased by the hydration reaction, and the outside temperature, which is affected by the outside air temperature, adversely affects the concrete strength. For efficient curing of concrete, it is important to maintain the internal surface temperature of the mold uniformly at around 60 to 80 oC. In this paper, the results were analyzed using FEM thermal analysis simulation so that uniform temperature distribution would occur on the inner surface of basic test specimen form. In addition, a heating experiment was conducted on a three-turn induction heat coil considering the size of the specimen form, and the results were similar to the thermal analysis simulation. As a result, the temperature difference of maximum and minimum values and temperature distribution results inside the mold will be used as basic heat distribution data in the future when the size and structure of the mold are diversified.
