Анатомическое обоснование использования единого лапароскопического доступа

Anatomic research of 38 corpses on the basis of Novokuznetsk bureau of forensic medical examination is conducted for the purpose of an assessment concerning parameters of accesses for use of one-port laparoscopic interventions. On the basis of results of the performed research it is established that the use of umbilical and subcostal accesses satisfies to criteria of access quality on the right and it is possible at operations through uniform laparoscopic access regardless of body build type.
