社區、心理二因素模式-移居老人社區意願的前因

2006
This study proposes and examines the community-psychology two factor model, which explains the elders' intention of moving to elder communities. The sample contains 147 elders. Structural equation modeling is applied to examining the two factor model. Findings include that: (1) elders' intention of moving to elder communities positively correlates to the perception of breaking in children's life and evaluation upon specific one elder community and negatively correlates to satisfaction regarding the current residential community, (2) self-efficacy negatively correlates to the perception of relying on children and breaking in children's life, (3) the perception of relying on children positively correlates to it of breaking in children's life, and (4) satisfaction regarding the current residential community positively correlates to evaluation upon specific one elder community.
