Bilateral Renal Agenezinin Prenatal Tanısı:Olgu Bildirimi

Prenatal Diagnosis of Bilateral Renal Agenesis: Case Report Bilateral renal agenesis is a congenital anomaly incompatible with life and is observed in every 4000 births. Severe oligohydramnios, failure to identify fetal bladder and fetal kidneys are among the prenatal ultrasonographic findings. Here we present a case of bilateral renal agenesis observed in a pregnancy achieved by ovulation induction; as well as the literature review. Bilateral renal agenezi 4000 dogumda bir rastlanan ve yasamla bagdasmayan bir konjenital anomalidir. Şiddetli oligohidramnios, fetal mesane ve fetal bobreklerin izlenememesi, prenatal ultrasonografi (USG) bulgulan arasindadir. Bu yazida ovulasyon induksiyonu son¬rasi olusan bir gebelikte tespit edilen bilateral renal agenezi olgusu, literatur bilgileri isiginda sunulmustur.
