Porous platinum-graphene oxide composite nano material mimic peroxidase

2013
The invention discloses porous platinum-graphene oxide composite nano material mimic peroxidase. The porous platinum-graphene oxide composite nano material is platinum nano particles which take graphene oxide as a substrate, have porous structures through in-situ synthesis, and are used for preparing porous platinum-graphene oxide composite nano material mimic peroxidase. The porous platinum-graphene oxide composite nano material has good peroxidase activity, can be used for catalyzing hydrogen peroxide and oxidizing 3,3',5,5'-tetramethyl benzidine hydrochloride to realize color development, and has good affinity to the substrate namely 3,3',5,5'-tetramethyl benzidine hydrochloride. The porous platinum-graphene oxide composite nano material mimic peroxidase can be used for detecting low-concentration hydrogen peroxide, the absorbance of a catalysate is in linear correlation with the concentration of hydrogen peroxide of which the concentration is 0.02-0.35mmol/L, and the detection limit is 0.0088mmol/L.
