The article presents the method for optimizing the associated gas gathering technology at the fields of Bashneft-Dobycha LLC. According to this technology the transportation of the liquid-gas mixture is carried out using multiphase pumps in the pipeline net from the production facility to the facility for processing of oil, gas and water in the absence of separate pipelines. On the example of the fields, especially Arlanskoe (Republic of Bashkortostan), the review describes their special features effecting on the application of multiphase pump stations. Some operational difficulties are caused by formation of gas accumulations in the field pipelines. The operation of a multiphase pump station can be optimized by use the RCM-04 disperser – a set of radial-coaxial chambers (inverse cones with cavitation borders). The operating principle and the mounting arrangement of the device for making liquid-gas mixtures are described. The design basis is substantiated, the step-by-step procedure of the disperser constructional design is presented. The possible design variations, the introduction prospects for optimization of technology, and also the operating limitations and difficulties able to influence on the introduction process are analyzed. The results of a pilot industrial test performed to estimate the dispersion degree changes during application the RCM-04 mixing device are presented: the first stage – without a gas blanket, the second stage – using a gas blanket. The operating parameters were analyzed for the multiphase pump station elements, for the suction, liquid and discharge lines, and also for the production header during operation without mixing device and after its installation.
