The treatment device is formed by connecting a solid-liquid separation device, a superfine solid precipitate device, an oil-water separation device, a sterilization device and an oil-stop filtering treatment device. The solid-liquid separation device is connected to the superfine solid precipitate device. The oil-water separation device is arranged in the superfine solid precipitate device. The sterilization device is connected to the superfine solid precipitate device. The oil-stop filtering treatment device is connected to the bottom of the superfine solid precipitate device. The method and the device have the advantages of simple structure, low use cost and modular design, is easy to manufacture, can be applied in large-scale industrially or can perform single equipment operation, is free from environment limit and has high efficiency, and can be arranged in a kitchen and a treatment station which collects, transports, centralizes and treats kitchen garbage and slops.
