Optical analysis of the reaction chamber for the ELIADE array

Abstract The ELI-NP Array of DEtectors (ELIADE) is one of the experimental setups being built at ELI-NP. The reaction chamber for the ELIADE array is, together with the CCD camera the goal of our research team. The precision of the experiment make important the small deformation and the vibration of the equipment. In the same time the optical system must be exactly enough to not introduce more inaccuracies. To study this, a model using Finite Element Method is used. In the experiment that will be conduct in the laboratory with ELIADE, precision is so important that it require extremely small deformation of the device. For this a model that takes into account the elasticity and the dynamic of the system must be used in order to study the motion of the ELIADE array.
