超声-电沉积Ni-纳米Al2O3复合镀层耐蚀性能研究

Ni-nano Al2O3 composite coatings were prepared on the 20(superscript #) steel substrates by ultrasonic-electrode-posited technology. Through the method of the samples constant temperature 25℃ were statically and entirely dipped in the pH=3.5, 5% NaCl solution at constant temperature 25℃ lasting 210h, the effects of pulse current density, duty ratio of pulse, ultrasonic waves and nano Al2O3 concentration on the corrosion resistance of nano-composite coatings were deeply studied. Surface morphology and thickness of composite coating were observed and measured by SEM; Nano-Al2O3 was ascertained by XRD.
