Эффективность малых доз у-облучения в морфологостатистическом алгоритме экспериментальных исследований

The article highlights the experiment on outbred white male rats dealing with the dynamics of histo-enzymatic and morphological parameters of the mucous membrane of jejunum after single and fractionated γ-irradiation in a wide range of low doses parameters and capacities with post-radiation of 1, 180, 365; 545 and 730 days follow-up. Due to the detected diagnostic significance of the acid phosphatase enzyme in light-optical density distribution in columnar enterocytes, acid phosphatase enzyme has been chosen as a criterion to determine the effective dose, which was 25 cGy for a single γ-irradiation and 70 cGy for fractionated one.
