Summary A patient with growth hormone deficiency and primary amenorrhoea became pregnant with the help of human menopausal gonadotrophin. Pregnancy was complicated only by abdominal discomfort due to her very small stature and by moderate oedema. She was delivered of healthy female twins by lower segment Caesarean section at the 37th week.
