Trastuzumab is established immunotherapy in patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) breast cancer (BCA). Chemotherapy induced cardiotoxicity (CIC) is a well-described adverse effect of Trastuzumab that typically improves with cessation of the agent along with guideline
