La motivación como parte de la innovación de procesos constructivos

Nowadays there are studies on the factors that influence productivity in the construction industry and the lack of studies on the analysis of the impact on the improvement of the constructive processes that the state of motivation of human resources has. Where the motivation, is the step of encouraging a person to perform an action that meets any of their needs, therefore, the objective of this research is to characterize the factors that influence the state of motivation of the workforce in the sector of the construction industry. To this end, a survey was conducted on the human resources of the construction industry based on motivation theories, the survey allowed to classify the degree of motivation as high (more than 50%), medium (from 49% to 25%) or low (less than 25%). The results obtained in this study of motivation as part of the innovation of constructive processes are: Self-realization (67%) and Recognition (50%) in internal factors; Salary (67%), Rewards (60%) and Benefits (70%) in external factors, affecting in high percentages the resource of labor in construction.
