FourStar™ Dry-Tree Semisubmersible Development

This paper discusses the development of a dry-tree semisubmersible (DTS) platform concept appropriate for deployment in non-hurricane/non-cyclonic environments worldwide, and the verification of the concept through wave basin model tests.
