The invention aims at providing a diesel engine sequential turbocharging structure with an anti-surge function. The diesel engine sequential turbocharging structure comprises a diesel engine body, a turbosuperchager, an intercooler, a release valve, an air valve and a fuel valve, wherein the turbosuperchager comprises a basic supercharger and a controlled supercharger, worm wheels of the basic supercharger and the controlled supercharger are respectively connected with an A line of exhaust manifolds and a B line of exhaust manifolds of the diesel engine body, compressors of the basic supercharger and the controlled supercharger are connected with the intercooler, the intercooler is connected with a gas inlet manifold of the diesel engine body, the A line of exhaust manifolds is communicated with the B line of exhaust manifolds through an exhaust communicating pipe, the release valve is arranged between the compressor of the basic supercharger and the intercooler, the air valve is arranged between the compressor of the controlled supercharger and the intercooler, and the fuel valve is arranged between a worm wheel of the controlled supercharger and the B line of exhaust manifolds. According to the invention, the surge of the basic supercharger can be eliminated, and the use environment of the basic supercharger is effectively improved.
