Reagents for modification of biopharmaceuticals, their preparation and application

The present invention relates to compounds which are particularly suitable for coupling to biopharmaceuticals, as well as the conjugates from the compounds having parmazeutischen agents. The compounds of the invention can be easily formed by multicomponent reactions. Another object of the invention is the use of the conjugates as improved formulation of pharmaceuticals.
