Social Fairness: The Essential Precondition of Harmonious Society

The ground of human's social life is conflict rather than equilibrium, and harmony is the basic condition that makes social cooperation possible. The purpose of constructing of harmonious society is not to get rid of difference or to average fortune,but to make each people living in varied social position comfortable through appropriate arrangement. The present society of China is transforming from planned economic to market economy, and under the market economy circumstance the demand for social fairness is more urgent than any time before, which objectively requires the government undertake more social duties.
