Превентивная диссекция центральной клетчатки шеи при высокодифференцированном тиреоидном раке

The data of 63 patients by the differentiated cancer of a thyroid gland with not diagnosed regional metastasises are submitted. All patient executes removal of the central fatty neck. Micrometastasises in the removed lymph nodes were in 52,4% of supervision. Correlation between the size, localization, features of morphology of a tumour and probability of metastasises has been established. Micrometastasises were not found at a swelling of the lobe, arranged in the upper pole, or isthmus of a thyroid gland. The intrusion of personal surgical tactics can promote improvement of outcomes of treatment, of survival and to reduce probability of a relapse of a cancer of a thyroid gland.
