Диагностика лазерной плазмы в мягком рентгеновском диапазоне с высоким пространственным разрешением

Diagnostic channel on basis of the Schwarzschild objective has been developed. It allows registering an image of laser plasma in spectral range of 18 20 nm with spatial resolution of ~2.5 μm. The diagnostic channel has been used in experiments on interaction of nanosecond 1013 1014 W/cm2 laser pulse with materials of different densities and structure.
