The invention relates to a universal drainage assembly with strong earthquake resistance for buildings and aims to solve the problem of pipeline damage caused by length displacement and angle displacement of pipelines of a building drainage pipeline system due to distortion of spatial positions in a strong earthquake process. The universal drainage assembly comprises sphere connecting casings and an intermediate pipe and is characterized in that each sphere connecting casing is provided with an internal spherical surface, the internal spherical surface is matched with a sphere connecting part arranged at one end of the intermediate pipe, and the other end of the intermediate pipe is in plug-in connection with a bearing pipe. Tensile and distortion damage to the pipelines in the strong earthquake process are eliminated through free angular rotation and free stretching and retracting in length direction of the assembly, and better sealing performance is guaranteed.
