A super-hydrophobic sheet preparation

The present invention discloses a method for preparing a superhydrophobic sheet, comprising the steps of: (1) two or more different melting point of the wax having a melting point of hot melt mixing, it is higher than the fusion temperature of any waxy temperature, waxy fused under the action of the emulsifier and emulsified into an emulsion homogenizer; (2) the step (1) obtained in the emulsion-coated surface of the paper, dried at room temperature, to obtain coated paper; (3 ) in step (2) obtained coated paper was placed 40 ℃ ~ 80 ℃ heat treatment 1 ~ 24h, superhydrophobic paper. The production method of the present invention does not involve any chemical or fluorine organic solvent, the operation is simple, easily available raw materials, suitable for industrial continuous production applications.
