Fungicides, Soil Fumigants

The mandated elimination of methyl bromide as a soil fumigant because of its ozone-depleting chemistry is scheduled to be complete by 2005. Chemicals in current use as soil fumigants and some promising new chemicals are reviewed. The compounds are listed with their important chemical and physical properties.
