Curved Surface Reconstruction Based on Adaptive Machining of Leading and Trailing Edge of Blade

2020
For the blades formed by the superplastic forming / diffusion connection process, relative to the theoretical model, there may be problems such as dimensional deviation or twist angle deviation, this paper proposes a method for curved surface reconstruction based on adaptive machining of the leading and trailing edges of blades. First, we establish the adaptive machining scheme of the leading and trailing edges of the hollow blade. And then we determine the distribution of the leading and trailing edge measurement points and plan the measurement path of the measurement points. Then, based on the comparative analysis of the measured data of the leading and trailing edge section lines and the theoretical state, the problems that may occur during the adding process of the leading and trailing edges are analyzed, and solutions are proposed. Finally, for the reconstruction of the blade's leading and trailing edges, this paper proposes two ways to fit the section line. At the end of the article, a case verification was performed. The example shows that the method proposed in this article is effective and feasible.
