Analysis and countermeasures on the ICU nosocomial infection risk factor

Objective To analyze the risk factors of ICU nosocomial infection,and discuss the related countermeasure of prevention hospital infection.Methods Six hundred and eighty-eight patients were selected from May 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital ICU,and all the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The ICU nosocomial infection rate was 40.12%,which was significantly higher than hospital infection rate of the same period(P 0.05);patient age,hospitalization time,the basic disease and interventional therapy were the risk factors of nosocomial infection.Conclusion Strictly carry out disinfection,isolation and aseptic manipulation,and strengthening the prevention consciousness,rationally use antibiotics and other measures can effectively decrease the incidence of hospital infection.
