PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal member suppressing dimensional variations and being capable of more reliably securing sealability, and further to provide a liquid discharge head provided therewith and a liquid discharge device.SOLUTION: A seal member 19 disposed between a first member having a first flow passage and a second member having a second flow passage comprises: elastic sections 43 made of an elastically deformable first material and having at least communication portions 42 formed with communication holes 28 causing the first flow passage and the second flow passage to communicate with each other; and a main body section 44 made of a second material having liquid resistance greater than that of the first material and surrounding the elastic sections in a state of at least flow passage sealing surfaces of the communication portions being exposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
