STUDY ON MEMBRANE VIBRATION CHARACTERITICS BASED ON MESHLESS METHOD

2014
The basic idea of Meshless method is to remove the grid structure of the finite element method and be replaced by a series of nodes completely. Galerkin meshless method, which based on the principle of the moving least squares approximation, was used to study the transverse vibration of membrane under different constraint conditions. Subsequently, the vibration differential equations of the moving membrane whose vibration is of twodimensional elastic body were established. For the solution of the equations, the subspace iteration method was first induced in this paper. The result shows that the inherent vibration frequencies of the vibration membrane were found consistent with exact values. Furthermore, with validity and high-efficiency of the new calculation, the vibration modes of different boundary conditions have proposed successfully.
