Method for producing an ionic compound

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an ionic compound applicable for the production of increased kinds of compounds, efficiently synthesizable even in the case of heat-sensitive compound or an H-form compound being unstable, having sufficiently reduced production cost and realizing decreased impurity content. SOLUTION: The method for producing an ionic compound having an anion expressed by general formula (1) contains a step to use an ion exchange resin. In the formula, X is one or more elements selected from B, C, N, O, Al, Si, P, S, As and Se; M 1 and M 2 are, the same or different, each independently an organic linking group; Q is an organic group; a is an integer of ≥1; and b, c, d and e are, the same or different, each an integer of ≥0.
