Distribution network optimize planning based on operation efficiency and benefits

With the rapid development of economic and society, the planning and construction of distribution network mainly focus on the improving of power supply capacity and power supply reliability, while there exists commonly a lack of attention to the operation efficiency and benefits. The existing research about the efficiency of the power industry mainly concentrated in the power generation link, lack of analysis for the distribution. Based on the foundation of the operation efficiency and profit connotation, this article proposed an evaluation index system to reflect the efficiency and profit of the distributed network. Based on the comprehensive evaluation index of operation efficiency and benefits, weestablished a planning optimization model for thetransformer substations, and the goals of the model was to promote the efficiency and benefits of the transformer substations. The optimal planning constraints were also determined. We selected Voronoi and differential evolution algorithms to solve the optimization model and put forward the overall process of optimal planning problem. Through the application in typical pilot area, the validity and the practicability of the method were verified.
