Заболеваемость и смертность при злокачественных новообразованиях полости рта и глотки в Краснодарском крае

The authors present incidence and mortality rates in oral and pharyngeal cancer in Krasnodar region, Russia for the period 2007-2011 years. The incidence rate for the period increased by 11,5%, the mortality rate has increased by 8,6%. Percentage of III-IV cancers compared to 2007, increased by 12,7%. Significantly increased the proportion of patients with stage IV disease from 34,4% in 2007 to 46,1% in 2011. These facts indicates poor condition of the early diagnosis of oral and pharyngeal cancer.
