The fluid sowing spray-seeding device comprises a seed box, an aeration device, a pressurizing device, a fluid draining device and a sprayer, wherein the seed box is used for containing seeds and seed fluids; a feeding opening is formed in the seed box; the aeration device is connected with the bottom of the seed box; the aeration device is used for stirring the seeds and seed fluids in the seed box; the pressurizing device is connected with the aeration device; the pressurizing device is used for pressurizing so as to accumulate sufficient pressure in the seed box; the fluid draining device is connected with the bottom end of the seed box; an end part of a fluid draining main pipe of the fluid draining device is inserted into the seed box; a fluid draining port is arranged at the bottom of the seed box; at least one sprayer is arranged, is connected with a fluid spraying pipe of the fluid draining device and is used for discharging the seed fluids and seeds in the manner of spraying. According to the invention, a compressed air system is used for ventilating, the aeration device is used for stirring and mixing and the pressurization is performed, so that sufficient liquid draining pressure is kept for the seed box and a liquid draining head valve and a liquid draining valve are opened for discharging seeds; a horizontal split-flow pipe and a vertical split-flow pipe are arranged on the fluid draining device, so that the pressure of the sprayer is kept constant, and uniform sowing is ensured; the fluid sowing spray-seeding device has a simple structure, is fit for sowing small and micro-seeds, is uniform in sowing quantity and is harmless to seeds.
