Perserverance disposal site upgrade

Reports on the condition of a solid waste disposal site which receives approximately 50 to 60 tons of refuse per day. An examination of the site revealed that due to the lack of disposal equipment, cover material and a proper operating plan, the site was not being operated as a sanitary land fill. Recommendations are made to upgrade the site and these include making physical changes to the site. Provides a list of equipment and describes cover requirements and a basic operating plan.
