The clinical application of the perianal nerve block anesthesia in anorectal surgery

【Objective】 To evaluate the perianal nerve block anesthesia in anorectal surgery in clinical application.【Methods】 Surgical hospital in May 2008-May 2010 in patients with anorectal disease were treated 52 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,all 26 cases.Perianal nerve block treatment group and control group using the dentate line within the anal canal mucosa puncture anesthesia.【Results】 Two patients had palpitation,pain,urinary retention,anal adverse reactions fall flu symptoms,the treatment group compared with the control group,local swelling and bleeding significantly increased the number of cases,the statistical P0.05.【Conclusion】 perianal nerve block anesthesia sure,anorectal surgery can reduce the intraoperative or postoperative adverse events.
