The design of melting department in a KW line casting workshop

In order to supply steady,high-quality melting water for KW line casting workshop,at the same time,meet the needs of safety,reliability and environment protection.This paper calculates the melting department production ability,introduces department distribution,casting technology choice,make the design of three sets of power systems,emergency dewatering system,dust removal and ventilation system.Now the work shop has come into use normally.
