Особенности катаболизма пуринов у больных эссенциальной артериальной гипертензией

The testing of concentration of the purine catabolism products in plasma of patients with essential arterial hypertension was made. Based on results obtained 2 clusters of patients were formed. In plasma of the 18 patients combined in the first cluster concentration of the purine catabolism products did not differ from the healthy ones. The tendency to decrease of adenine, guanine, hypoxantine and uric acid contents in plasma of 7 patients combined in the second cluster was fixed. Correlation analysis revealed a strong interaction between the content of products and indicators of different purine catabolism enzymes activity. No correlation between content of intermediates and enzymes of purine catabolism observed. It was suggested the possible causes of the purine catabolism depression.
