Unikornuat uteruslu bir olguda prezentasyon anomalisi ile seyreden term gebelik Term delivery in a case of unicornuate uterus and breech presentation

Ozet Nadir gorulen unikornuat uterus, terme ulasan gebelik ve prezentasyon anomalisinin eslik ettigi olgunun literature gore degerlendirmesi amaclanmistir. Olgu: 28 yasinda primigravida son adet tarihine gore 38 hafta 6 gunluk spontan gebeligi olan hasta sanci sikayeti ile basvurdu yapilan obstetrik ultrasonunda makadi gelis prezentasyonunda oldugu izlendi.Hastanin primigravid makadi gelis endikasyonu ile sezeryan ile dogumu gerceklestirildi.Intraoperatif degerlendirmede unikornuat uterus anomalisi bulundugu ve uterus sag kornu tarafi gelismis ,sol tarafi ise rudimenter horn gorunumunde oldugu izlendi.Sol taraf tuba ve over dokusu normal olarak izlendi.Sag kornuda gelismis uterus kavitesi icersinde makadi gelis prezentasyonlu fetus izlendi.Sag over ve tubada dogal gorunumde izlendi.Saglikli 2815 gr tek canli kiz bebek dogurtuldu. Nadir gorulen unikornuat uterus anomalisi asemptomatik seyredebilmektedir. Bu hastalar term gebelige ulasabilir ve tani almasi operasyon sirasinda olabilmektedir.Yine bu hastalarda prezentasyon anomalisi bulunabilmektedir.Ayrica eslik edebilecek urogenital anomaliler acisindan dikkatli olunmasi gerekmektedir. Abstract The literature review of a rare seen case called unicornuate uterus with the accompany of term pregnancy and pregnancy anomalies. Case: 28 years old primigravida patient who had a 38 weeks and 6 day old spontaneous pregnancy according to her last menstrual period ,came us with the complain of pain. Patient examined with the obstetric ultrasound and the results show that the baby had a breech presentation.Because of the patient was primigravida and also the baby had breech presentation, there was an endication for Caesarean section so the birth was delivered by Caesarean section. Intraoperative evaluations have been made and the results showed that there was an unicornuate uterus anomaly, the right cornu side of the uterus had been enlarged and the left side had a rudimenter horn hoof. The tuba and the ovarian tissue on the left side have been observed as normal.Besides, the breech presentated fetus has been seen in the enlarged uterus cavity at the right cornu. The tuba and the ovarian tissue on the right side have been observed as normal. The delivered baby girl was 2815 grams, alive,and healthy. Unicornuate Uterus anomaly is a rare seen case and may have an asymptomatic course. This patients can achieve to the term pregnancy periods and they may even be diagnosed during the operation. Once again presentation anomalies can be seen in this patient groups. Besides attention should be paid for the possible urogenital anomalies.
