The invention discloses an open-close control system for an artificial anal sphincter prosthesis in the field of prostheses. The open-close control system comprises a sphincter prothesis, a plurality of pressure sensors arranged at the contact parts of the sphincter prothesis and an organ, a pressure signal processing module and a microcontroller, wherein the pressure sensors perceive occlusion pressure of the sphincter prothesis on the organ, the occlusion pressure is converted into electrical signals and then transmitted to the microcontroller through the pressure signal processing module; the microcontroller carries out open-close control calculation, and sends out opening or closing instruction on the sphincter prothesis, so that the open-close action control on the sphincter prothesis is realized. The open-close control system can realize accuracy control of the open and close of the sphincter prothesis.
