카페인 커피 섭취 기간이 무산소성 운동능력과 혈중 피로물질에 미치는 영향

In this study, a test on the anaerobic exercise capacity and the change measurement on the blood fatigue substance are conducted to find influences from the caffeine coffee intake period to the anaerobic exercise capacity and the blood fatigue substance by classifying 32 subjects into the control group and the one day, the three days and seven days intake groups. One-way ANOVA is employed for the data analysis to examine the differences according to the caffeine intake period among the groups in the anaerobic power test while Two-way repeated measures ANOVA is used to analyze the differences of variables in the blood fatigue substances, ammonia, lactic acid and inorganic-phosphorus. The acquired conclusions are as followings. 1. No significant difference is found on PP, AP, MP, PD, MSR and DP in the anaerobic power test among the groups according to the caffeine intake period(p〉.05). 2. Although no difference is found in ammonia, lactic acid and inorganic-phosphorus among the groups(p〉.05).
