The article is devoted to risk factors of a virus hepatitis C perinatal transfer. The problem is actual for doctors of various specialities: gastroenterologists, infectionists, gynecologists, pediatrists. New risk factors of аntenatal transfer of a hepatitis C virus infection are established: first labor, weakness of patrimonial activity in the second period of childbirth, traumatic ruptures of the uterus neck. Insufficient coverage of dispanser supervision of a/HCV-seropositive women in fertile age, necessity of pregnant women with a HCV-infection joint conducting by the gastroenterologist or infectionist and the gynecologist for the purpose of individual approach working out to conducting pregnancy and childbirth are shown.
