Bacteria immobilized particulate fillers and preparation of biologically active application denitrification kind of polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforcing materials, belonging to the technical field of water treatment. Bioactive filler and fiber filaments embedded in a skeleton composed of two parts; obtained from the embedded member embedded in the second solution crosslinked borated; embedded member embedded in the pores between the filaments, the filaments irregular backbone combined with the embedding material is a stable organic whole. Polyvinyl alcohol fibers by regioirregular fiber filaments block immersed in a solution of polyvinyl alcohol and denitrifying bacteria entrapped fluid concentrates are mixed, followed by a secondary cross-linking boric fixed, and then cut into granules fillers like biological activity. Polyvinyl alcohol fibers prepared as matrix materials of the present invention is particulate denitrifying bacteria immobilized bioactive filler good overall stability, process performance, can establish and maintain the advantages of denitrifying bacteria flora in a short time, maintaining the system efficient denitrification.
