Discusses on Healthy Larval Breeding Mode of Penaeus vannamei Boone

The paper discussed one kind of healthy larval breeding mode of Penaeus vannamei Boone.The breeding mode is characterized by three key technology:1.all of the nauplii larvae were detected by PCR method (to exclude viral pathogens);2.application of biotechnology in prawn larval breeding;3.a small type of ecology system was established in the breeding tanks.Since 2001,we have carried out some testes in larval breeding of Penaeus vannamei Boone by this way and succeeded in it.The survival rate of the fry is very high(67%),the fry is healthy and of high quality.
