Simple material feeder

The invention discloses a simple material feeder which comprises a rack, a splice plate, a material hopper, an adjusting plate, a vibrating hopper, a vibrator assembly and a protecting cover, wherein the splice plate and the material hopper are fixed on the rack; the splice plate is positioned on the right side of the material hopper; the adjusting plate is movably mounted on the material hopper; the vibrating hopper is arranged under the material hopper and fixed on the vibrator assembly; the vibrator assembly is mounted at the bottom of the rack and placed in the protecting cover; and the bottom of the protecting cover is fixed on the rack. The simple material feeder provided by the invention has the advantages that through arrangement of a connecting plate, mechanical vibration and noise are reduced; through arrangement of the protecting cover, a vibrator is protected from dust; and the adjusting plate is fixed on the material hopper through a waist-shaped hole and a plastic knob, and can be used for adjusting the volume of a material flow. Besides, the simple material feeder is stable in mechanical performance, relatively small in size, small in occupied workshop space, convenient to operate and low in manufacturing cost.
